The Manual Intervention Report (Fax) allows you to run and fax a report of all manual interventions required because the system could not fill the absence(s). This report shows details of the unfilled absence(s) as well as any available replacement employees in the district. It also shows all the replacement employees that were called and why they refused.
Call Out Group

Enter the group (employee type) of call out employees that you want the system to report.
Absence Id

Enter the long absence ID of the unfilled absence. NOTE: There are supposed to be 4 characters added to the 14-character ID to handle situations where there was dispatch splitting. These 4 characters are impossible to find. Under normal circumstances (where no dispatch splitting took place), these four characters are irrelevant. If no ID IS entered, all absences will be considered for reporting.
Location

Enter the location where the absence was to be filled. This is a mandatory field.
Date

Enter start date of the absence. This is used by the system to determine the replacement employees who are available on the given date.
