Manual Intervention Report

The Manual Intervention Report will list all situations where manual intervention is/was required. Manual intervention is sometimes required to fill an absence or contact a replacement employee about an assignment being cancelled or shortened. This report will give you all the details you need to handle the situation manually. This same information is emailed to the Automated Dispatch system administrator(s).

Absence ID

  • Enter the range of ID's to report on. Search to view valid ID's. Each absence/dispatch entered is assigned a unique ID number. Enter the same ID in the From and To field to view the information for a single absence/dispatch.

Timestamp

  • Enter the range of timestamps to report on. Selection by timestamp allows you to view all transactions between two specific times.

Employee Categories

  • Enter a valid Category if you want to run the report on a specific Category. Leave blank to run it for all.

Log Type

  • Enter up to 10 log types to view on this report. Use the binoculars to search the valid log types.

  • If no log types are entered, transactions will be selected regardless of type.

Subjects

Enter up to 10 subjects to be used in the selection process. Search for valid subject codes. Only Absences that contain the subject codes selected will be selected for reporting.

Additional Statistics

Note: if using the Z - Additional Statistics, only ever run the Manual Intervention Report for one day.

The Additional Statistics option will provide information on the following for each Absence ID:

  • Number of Searches

  • Total Search Time (Seconds)

  • Call Outs To Offer Job

  • Employees Considered


Employee Sort     

  • Enter a valid selection as to how you would like to sort the employees.
