Automated Dispatch System Menu

The Automated Dispatch System Menu gives you access to the modules that control how the automated dispatching system works. The Automated Dispatch system can be used to dispatch many groups of employees such as: substitute teachers, casual clerical staff, casual maintenance and grounds staff, custodial staff, and even bus drivers. Automated Dispatch is completely automated. Absent employees log their absences via the web or phone. After the absence is logged, the system will follow dispatch rules customized to your site to find and dispatch the best qualified replacement employee in the rotation. The system phones replacement employees and offers them the assignment by speaking details such as where, when, and what. The absent employee can leave a personalized voice recorded message that the replacement employee can listen to before deciding whether or not to accept the assignment. Absences and dispatches can be entered, inquired on, cancelled, or shortened by the individual employees or by administrators depending on the Districts set up.
