Insights - Custom Links Power Tiles

The Custom Links Power Tiles provides a way to add links to external websites from your landing page. Users with the new Custom Links permission will have access to 5 Power Tiles that can be customized to group or categorize your external links.

Steps to modify and use the Custom Links tile:

1. If Custom Links have not been previously defined the tile will be blank

2. Click the Edit pencil located at the top right corner of the tile

3. Modify the Tile Display Name to reflect the category/group for the Power Tile

4. Click Add New Record

5. Enter the website address. Note that the address must be in a valid format and include https://

6. Enter the website display name

7. Click Update to save the record

8. To edit a record click the Edit button, make changes and then click Update

9. To delete a record click the Delete button, click OK to confirm the deletion or click Cancel to disregard

10. Click Save

11. Click Close to close the popup and return to the landing page, where you changes will be reflected.

12. Once you are returned to the landing page, you can select a link from Custom Links Power Tile and a new browser window will open redirecting you to the selected page.
