Getting Started - User Access to Workflows
Workflows allows you to define a routing path based on your district rules. Workflows is currently only integrated with Journal Entry. For more detailed information about Journal Entry Workflows refer to the Journal Entry User Guide.
To grant user access to Workflows you will need to setup roles and permissions to assign to your users. Workflows uses Role Based Security (not Security Builder) to control user access. Note that this document does not describe Role Based Security in detail, for more information refer to the Role Based Security User Guide.
