The Single Group/Class Reorganization allows you to move all assets under one group code and one maintenance class to another group code and maintenance class.

To Group

Enter the group you want to move the assets to.
From Maintenance Group

Enter the maintenance group you want to move the assets from.
To Maintenance Group

Enter the maintenance group you want to move the assets to.
Preliminary / Final

Enter 'P' to run a preliminary report of all the asset numbers that will be changed by this process.

Enter 'F' to report and update the descriptions, group and maintenance class on the stock items selected.
