The Multiple Group / Maintenance Class Reorganization option allows you to transfer assets from a range of groups and maintenance classes to a single group and maintenance class.
Starting From Group

Enter the group code that will be the first in the range for transferring from.
Ending From Group

Enter the group code that will end the range for transferring from.
To Group

Enter the group the assets are to be transferred to.
Starting From Class

Enter the maintenance class that will be the first in the range for transferring from.
Ending From Class

Enter the maintenance class that will end the range for transferring from.
To Maintenance Class

Enter the maintenance class you want to move the assets to.
Preliminary / Final

Enter 'P' to run a preliminary report of all the asset numbers that will be changed by this process.

Enter 'F' to report and update the descriptions, group and maintenance class on the stock items selected.
