The Asset Number Reorganization option allows the user to move assets to a new group and a new maintenance class based on a range of asset numbers.
Starting Asset Number

Enter the first asset number in the range to be transferred.
Ending Asset Number
-
Enter the last asset number in the range to be transferred.
To Group
-
Enter the group the assets are to be transferred to.
To Maintenance Class
-
Enter the maintenance class the assets are to be transferred to.
Preliminary / Final
-
Enter 'P' to run a preliminary report of all the asset numbers that will be changed by this process.

Enter 'F' to report and update the descriptions, group and maintenance class on the stock items selected.
