Asset Reporting Menu

The Asset Reporting Menu allows you to report selectively on the assets on file. Various report options and selections are available.

 Asset Description & Value By Barcode Number

  • Report by barcode number includes asset description, date acquired, cost, accumulated amortization and book value.

Active Assets With Useful Lives

  • Report by barcode number includes asset description, date acquired, useful life, cost, accumulated amortization and book value.

 Assets Acquired by Start & End Date

  • Allows reporting by either an acquisition date range or selection. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, cost and purchase G/L (if entered).

 Assets Acquired-Sorted by Account

  • This report sorts and subtotals by the purchase G/L account (if entered). Allows reporting by either an acquisition date range or selection. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, cost and purchase G/L (if entered).

Active Asset Listing by GL Code

  • Allows reporting by the purchase G/L range or selection (if entered). Reports by barcode number, description, acquired date, room, cost and purchase G/L (if entered).

Disposal Report Cost/AccDepr/Book Value/Loss on Disposal

  • This report provides the ability to report on disposal date range or selection. Reports barcode number, description, disposal date, cost, accumulated amortization, book value, and loss on disposal.

 Active Assets by Room Number With Cost/AccDepr/Book Value

  • Allows reporting by the room number range or selection (if entered). Reports barcode number, room, description, acquired date, cost, accumulated amortization, and book value.

Asset Description & Value by Barcode Number & Purchase G/L

  • Provides reporting by barcode number or purchase G/L number. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, cost, accumulated amortization, book value and purchase G/L (if entered).

 Asset Description & Value by Barcode Number & Acquire Date

  • Provides reporting by barcode number or acquisition date range or selection. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, cost, accumulated amortization, loss on retire, and book value.

Active Asset Listing with Cost/AccDepr/Book Value

  • Provides a report on active assets as of a selected starting date. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, room, cost, accumulated amortization, and book value.

Active Asset Listing by Room Number

  • Provides a report on active assets by room number. Reports barcode number, description, acquired date, room, cost, and purchase G/L (if entered).

Asset Amortization - Selected by Period & Item

  • Provides a report for amortization calculated that can be run by either period range or barcode range or selection. Reports barcode number, description, amortization calculated, depreciation amount.

Asset Report and Export

  • This asset report provides a detailed listing of the asset number, description, class, group, location, acquired date, life, used, unit cost, depreciation amount and depreciation class. The report can be ran by class code, group code, location code or acquisition date and can be exported directly into excel for additional review and/or sorting of data.

NOTE: The Fixed Asset and Export Report uses the Finance Master Profile to determine YTD totals in your Excel export. If you are trying to report YTD for 2025, but your Master Profile is set to a future fiscal year, the report may show zero values if no depreciation has been posted for the year defined in the Master Profile.

You can update the Master Profile to 202512, run the export report and then change it back to current period.
