The Location Database Addition module allows the user to enter all the different locations the assets will be stored at.

Enter up to 5 characters of location code. A location can be a place an asset is assigned to or a department/person that is to be responsible for the asset. Note: It is recommended that ALL location numbers be the same size.

Enter up to a 30 character name for this location. e.g., 'Middle School', 'Finance Dept', 'Sec Treas'.

Enter up to 30 characters of the first line of the address.

Enter a correctly formatted postal/zip code. Maximum length is 10 characters. e.g., V1E 1E8 or 98295-2000.
Custodian
If the location is not a person then this field should be filled in with the name of a contact, maximum 30 characters.
