The Description Report allows you to report on assets that have similar phrases in their description fields.
Starting Location

Enter the starting location.
Ending Location

Enter the end location.
Text to Search For

Enter the string (phrase) you wish to report on for example:
String (phrase) - FORD
The description report will search through the Fixed Asset System master file and produce a report containing all asset records, within the specified location range, that have the example string as part of its description. (The string (phrase) can be a maximum of 30 characters).
