The Return Loaned Assets module allows you to return loaned assets from the borrower locations to the owner location.
Item Number

Enter the number of the asset returned.
If multiple locations exist for the asset, a selection window will appear displaying the various locations for the asset. If only one location exists the program will automatically display the location.
If assets have been loaned, a window will display all the borrower locations and quantities borrowed.
Enter Quantity Returned

Enter the quantity of the asset returned. The default will be the quantity loaned.
A confirmation screen will appear on top of the current screen asking for confirmation.
Confirm Return of Loaned Assets
Select Yes to proceed with the return of loaned assets and update files.
Select No if you wish to quit the return of these items.
