Budget Salary GL Allocation Report

The BUDGET SALARY GL ALLOCATION REPORT will produce a report showing the salary allocation ratio for each position within Budget GL within Salary GL. Total FTE for a Salary GL is the sum of all Position FTE’s with that Salary GL. The ratio is the Position’s FTE divided by the total Salary GL’s FTE.

ENTER BUDGET YEAR [YYYY]

Enter the desired year. Default is the current year on the BPS profile.

ENTER BUDGET ID <0>

Enter Budget ID you wish to report. If you have only one ID, this entry is skipped and it assumes the default value of '0'.

ENTER PAYROLL GL SELECTION CRITERIA

Press <FIND> for all valid Criteria Codes. See Appendix AB for more information on how to use this criteria function.

PRINT SUMMARY OR DETAIL REPORT [S/D] <S>

Enter ‘D’ or ‘S’ for the type of report you want. Default is S.
