Budget Position Utilities

The BUDGET POSITION UTILITIES menu provides non-standard database maintenance usually affecting more than one Position at a time. You can create Standard Cost percent adjustments for all or selected FTE Positions. Any addition or change made to Positions and Associate Costs can be interfaced to appropriate budget GL accounts at any time. You can create new budget position files for different budget ID’s, or new budget years/ID's. You can revise budget positions and associate costs from previous years by adding adjustments. You can change a Position’s Budget GL account in any budget year. The program will reverse the original budget transactions and then create the new budget transactions.
