Budget GL Utilities

BUDGET GL UTILITIES contain processes that perform mass update functions within the system.

These utilities are typically not used on a daily basis, as they allow for some form of mass GL account maintenance (for example, mass alias updates to the GL accounts).

Certain processes may be used on a consistent basis (for example, you would create a new budget chart of accounts on an annual basis).

1. Create New Budget Chart of Accounts

2. BPS Mass Alias Update

3. BPS Mass Budget GL Delete

4. Copy Account or Alias Level to Budget Level
