The INTERFACE MENU module provides the ability to transfer budget information to and from BAS and to interface detail transaction information into the system from an external source, as an alternative to keying in the information manually. This is accomplished by creating fixed or delimited interface formats which will bring in detail transaction information from an external file such as a spreadsheet. Formats may be added, changed or deleted at any time. Once a format has been established the BPS Interface Update may be run to load the transactions into the system.
