The BUDGET TRANSACTION INTERFACE PROFILE allows detail transaction information created by an external source such as a spreadsheet to be interfaced into the BPS system. This format can be either fixed length or delimited. This format is used to define the positions or the order of the fields in the file. You must setup a minimum of one format in order to use the interface update.
The Interface Format programs do not provide an inquiry facility. To inquire on an interface format, use the Format Changes module.
