The following prompts control the screen and functionality of job posting addition, change, delete, inquire.
Comment 1 - 5 Prompt Description
Enter a description to appear as the title of the applicable Comment text box in job posting additions / changes. This helps maintain consistency when creating comments for job postings, prompting users to use the comment for its intended purpose based on the title.
Default Assignment Reason
This assignment reason will be used by default whenever an assignment is created after adding a successful applicant to a posting. Only relevant if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen = Y.
Posting Screen Layout
1 = All Posting Fields display on the posting screen
2 = All Fields Except Shift, Cycle, and Period
3 = All Fields Except Rate, Shift, Cycle, and Period
Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen
Enter 'Y' to activate the assignment creation screen after entering a successful candidate. Custom programming for Surrey Schools where the user must also enter acceptance date to trigger this functionality.
Posting List Order
Mostly obsolete as new buttons for posting order have been added to the posting maintenance screen.
1 = Ascending Posting No.
2 = Descending Posting No.
3 = Most Recent First
Schedule From Assignment Creation Screen
Enter 'Y' to activate schedule creation after the assignment creation process. Only active if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen=Y.
Prompt to Enter Schedule from Assignment Creation Screen
Enter 'Y' to prompt the user to create a schedule after the assignment creation process. Only active if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen=Y.
GL Information from Assignment Creation Screen
Enter 'Y' to activate GL screen after the assignment creation process. Only active if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen=Y.
Prompt to Enter GL Information from Assignment Creation Screen
Enter 'Y' to prompt the user to visit the GL screen after the assignment creation process. Only active if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen=Y.
Prevent More Than One Location From Being Entered
Enter 'Y' to prevent the user from entering more than one location on the assignment. This may be necessary when using Schedule Entry Web. Only active if Create Assignment(s) from Posting Screen=Y.
