Ascending or Descending Sort
Choose A to sort by ascending order; D for descending order.
The remaining fields on this screen allows users to define up to five (5) additional fields on the Certificate Screen.
Prompt
Enter the prompt of the user-defined field as you want it to appear on the certificate screen.
Type
Enter/choose the data type: 1-5. If you select Data Type of Database, you will need to create the user-defined certificate fields, and potentially also create the codes under the setup table of Certificate User-Defined Field 1-5.
