The Assignment Change Report Profile Menu gives you access to the modules that maintain the profile needed to run the Assignment Change Report. Refer to that report for more information on this profile. The Assignment Change Report will list any and all changes made to assignments. It can be run biweekly to determine what changes happened during the two-week period.
Assignment Change Report Profile Additions
The Assignment Change Report Profile Additions module lets you add new report profiles into the system. This profile is necessary to run the Assignment Change Report. Refer to that report for information on this profile.
Report Code
Enter a 10-character code for the report design. This code must be unique.
Name
Enter a 30-character name for the report being designed to appear on the top of this report when run.
History Years to Report
Enter the number of years of history to include on the report.
Report Sort
Enter 'E' to sort this report by employee name, 'S' to sort by section then name.
Report Sections
Odd Numbered Fields
Enter the sections to appear on this report. In addition to the sections listed below, you can also select any assignment reason codes entered in the system.

Even Numbered Fields
Enter the description of the section to appear on the report you are designing. You can combine two or more sections by putting the same description on consecutive sections.
The Following Is A Description of How Each Section Works.
History
If you select History as one of your sections, the report will show the specified numbers of history you ask for.
Deletions
If you select Deletions as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that have been deleted from HR.
Changes
If you select Changes as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that have been changed. The report will show each field that has changed, as well as the previous and new values.
Ending
If you select ENDING as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that end during the timestamp range specified.
New
If you select NEW as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that start during the timestamp range specified.
Term
If you select TERM as one of your sections, the report will show any terminations that occurring during the timestamp range specified.
Hire
If you select HIRE as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that have a start date equal to the employee's hire date.
Cont Hire
If you select CONT HIRE as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments with a start date equal to the employee's continuing hire date.
Sub/Cas
If you select SUB/CAS as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments that have a start date equal to the employee's sub/cas hire date.
Leave
If you select LEAVE as one of your sections, the report will show any leave assignments.
Contract
If you select CONTRACT as one of your sections, the report will show any assignments with a start date equal to the employee's contract acceptance date.
Assignment Fields to Report On
Enter the fields to include on this report. Search to view fields you can include. The fields you choose will be in the order that you list them. The report program will automatically format the fields one after another. If you choose the location and/or location hrs/FTE fields, you should list them in order - 1 through 5. These fields should also be entered after all others.
