The Stock File Statistics Rebuild should be run whenever you experience a system or program failure, due to power failure for example, during data entry. If you believe that your orders or requisitions status fields are incorrect run this program to rebuild these fields. You will be prompted to enter the year that you wish to rebuild.
If rebuilding more than one stock statistics year, rebuild the years in order from oldest year to newest year. It is imperative that each rebuild is allowed to complete before beginning subsequent rebuilds.
