Commodity Code Lookup

The Commodity Code Lookup feature provides a way for you to find the commodity code you are searching for based on description or by selection criteria.

Exit

• Enter 'E' to exit Commodity Lookup and return to the commodity code field.

Select

• Enter 'S' to select the commodity code the cursor is sitting on. The commodity code field will be filled in with your selection. 

Criteria

• Enter 'C' to use commodity code selection criteria to find the commodity code you are searching for.

The following screen will appear:

Exit

• Enter 'E' to exit the selection criteria screen and return to the commodity code lookup screen.

Select

• Enter 'S' to select the criteria the cursor is sitting on. The criteria displayed is from the commodity selection criteria database. T

The criteria code selected will display with options to modify the criteria for this lookup.

Note: Any changes made to a selection criteria code are for this lookup only. The criteria can only be permanently changed in the database program.
