The global email profile is part of the 'Advanced DDS' (Document Distribution Services) package (paid for license). This facilitates the email transfer of forms as PDF or text formatted attachments. This profile exists within BAS, OPS, & PRM and can be used to setup the following forms:
PRODUCT FORMS
BAS PO, EFT Notification
OPS Earnings Statement
PRM Staff Change Form, ADS Form, Union Staff Change Report
NOTE: Within OPS, forms can be setup for each payroll.
The screen above defaults to inquiry mode.
PRODUCT
Use <FIND> to display a list of products. Currently only BAS, OPS, and PRM have available forms.
PRODUCT ID
This field relates to OPS only. If product 'OPS' is selected, <FIND> displays a list of available payrolls.
PROCEDURE
Use <FIND> to display available forms for the product selected.
ENABLED
This field defines whether the advanced DDS email options are being applied for the selected procedure.
DEFAULT SETTINGS
The default settings define the email message that is sent.
REPLY-TO ADDRESS
Enter the email address the email is from. This will display to the email recipient as the 'From' email address.
SUBJECT
Enter the subject to display to the email recipient. Available keywords are defined below:

Enter 'Y' if you would like a reply email confirming the email recipient received the email. Enter 'N' if you do not want a reply.
FORMATTING PARAMETERS
The formatting parameters control the formatting of the attached file. These parameters conform to Postscript standards (printer language).
PAGE LENGTH
Page length in inches
LINES PER INCH

8 lines per inch. Page length/lines per inch define the number of available lines on a page.
LEFT MARGIN INDENT
Based on a scale of 1/72 inch. (Ex. 36 would represent ½ inch.)
TOP MARGIN INDENT
Based on a scale of 1/72 inch. (Ex. 36 would represent ½ inch.)
