The Storage Bank Control Options provide programs to manage the storage banks implemented in your system. Storage banks are used to accumulate items such as sick leave, vacation, banked overtime and professional development.

The Pool Bank Options provide access to the modules necessary to manage pool banks. Pool banks are banks where transactions have been contributed by a group of employees to a central bank for the benefit of the entire group. Once the transactions have been contributed, although they may be identified by the employee who made the contribution, that employee no longer has right of ownership to a specific transaction or balance. Pool banks, because they maintain a balance which is appropriate to a group of employees rather than individuals, require separate management. These modules provide the mechanism to process pool banks as distinct from storage banks which apply to individual employees.
