The Global Storage Bank Additions process allows you to add up to 8 storage banks/tables to a selected group of employees. Employees only receive the new storage banks when the employee selection criteria have been met. This process will only add the new storage bank to employees that do not currently have the storage bank/table.
Enter Storage Bank to Globally Add
-
Enter a valid storage bank code to be globally added to the following selected employees.
Enter Banks Table to Globally Add
-
Enter the storage bank table code to be used along with the storage bank code entered above.
You can Enter a specific storage bank table code or leave the storage bank table code blank and the system will load the bank table code with the wild card code '?????'.
When the bank table code has been defined as '?????' the action taken depends on how the storage bank tables have been set up.
When the storage bank tables have been set up to auto-increment based on Years of service or Accumulated balance, the system will determine the correct bank table level to be added based on the employee's dates or bank balance(s).
When the storage bank tables have not been set up to auto-increment, the wildcard table code '?????' indicates to load the first bank table code found in the database for the storage bank.
The storage bank code and table prompts will repeat up to eight times, allowing up to eight sets to be globally added to the employees. A storage bank and table will only be added to an employee that does not currently have the storage bank and table. This process also verifies and indicates on the report when an employee's storage bank list is full and thus cannot receive any further storage banks.
