The Storage Bank Inquiry module allows access to inquire about the balances and transactions for an employee storage banks. Pay period details per storage bank can be viewed as well as the storage bank year totals and summary of storage bank transactions.

Enter a valid employee number. Use look-up to select the employee by name.
Period Detail for Bank #/Year Detail/Summary Year
The main screen lists all an employee's storage banks and the balances per storage bank table. Any differences between the online balances and the opening balances reflect the results from current pay period timesheet storage bank withdrawals or deposits.

Enter a storage bank code to view pay period details.
Enter Pay Period

Enter the pay period for the first pay period of details you want to view. The first storage bank details found since that pay period will be displayed along with all additional pay period details up to the most current details.

Enter 'E' to end the details display and return to the employee main storage bank screen.
When 'Y'ear detail was chosen: -
The Year Detail displays the compressed totals per storage bank for the most current year available per storage bank. This screen details the total transactions for the storage bank for the indicated bank year.
When 'S'ummary year was chosen: -
The Summary Year display lists the compressed totals for all transactions related to each storage bank. These totals represent all the activities of the storage banks for all possible pay periods.
