The Storage Bank Adjustments module is used to adjust the balances in the storage banks for a specific employee. This process would be used to initially setup the hours and/or amount of an employee's storage banks or to correct the balances on a storage bank. This process generates an audit trail report listing all entries made.
Immediately following a payroll update the online and opening balances will be equal. During the current pay period any timesheet storage bank entries will be reflected in the online balances. Both the online and opening balances are changed by the adjustment transactions. The new online balances are then used during subsequent timesheet bank entries.
NOTE: This report must be run online to a disk or printer.
