The Update Location Authorizer File Index will update selected Authorizer Location Records that belong to active assignments during the specified period, with specified position code(s) with their Authorizer Location. Users would want to run this Update if they have updated a Position code by entering, changing, or removing an Authorizer Location, and existing assignments need to be updated.
Position Code
Select a valid position code that has a new Authorizer Location created or removed on the Position code in the Authorizer Location field.
Assignments Active During Date Range
Select a date range to update active assignments with the Authorizer Location indicated on the Position Code
**Important to ensure that the Default School Year in the PRM Master Profile is set to the current year so that the system can update the Location Authorizer Index File.
