The Mark Pending Tasks as Completed process will mark all tasks between a specific time range and/or task ID as completed. This will move the tasks from a Routing Authorizer's pending tasks to their completed tasks. Depending on how the selection criteria fields are filled out, will depend on what Tasks are going to show on this report to be completed. This process should always be run in preliminary to verify the records that will be marked as completed before running in final.
Creation Timestamp Date Range

Enter a range of dates (YYYYMMDD) to select the tasks that were created during this date range. All tasks that were created during this creation date range will be marked as completed.
Task ID Range

Enter in the Task Id Range. Only those Task Id's that are selected will be marked as completed.

Task ID's are the Ten Digit number that are associated to each task.
Employee Category Codes

Enter up to 30 Employee Category Codes. Only pending tasks that are specific to the categories chosen will be marked as completed.
Task Types

Enter up to 30 Task Types. Only pending tasks that are specific to the Task types chosen will be marked as completed.

Task Types are dependent on the products that each district uses. i.e. E-leaves, Staff Req, Sched Rev, etc.
Authorizer Code

Select an Authorizer Code. Only pending tasks that are specific to the Authorizer Codes chosen will be marked as completed.
Section IDs

Enter up to 30 Section Id's. Only pending tasks are specific to the Section ID chosen will be marked as completed.
Route Codes

Enter up to 30 Route Codes. Only pending tasks that are specific to the Route Code chosen will be marked as completed.
Form Init Codes

Enter up to 30 Form Init Codes. Only pending tasks that are specific to the Form Init Code chosen will be marked as completed.
Task Employee

Enter up to 30 Task Employees (this is the employee who created the tasks). Only pending tasks that are specific to the Task Employee chosen will be marked as completed.
Routing Employees

Enter up to 30 Routing Employees (this is the employee that the tasks are routed to). Only pending tasks that are specific to the Routing Employee chosen will be marked as completed.
Preliminary/Final Run

Preliminary run allows end user to verify the information to ensure that they have captured the correct Tasks to mark as completed.

Final run will mark all tasks in the report as completed.
