The Position Update Toolkit program lets you globally change certain fields in the position code database.
Positions can be selected by position type, works Pro-D days, works Sat/Sun, works teaching holidays, hours/FTE, hours per day, hours per week, abs/rep FTE, school term, Sub/Cas/Neither, category, bargaining unit, department, benefits and pay ID.
You can choose to update any of these same fields as well.

Choose what position(s) you want to update by choosing what field on the position you want to select on. Search to view acceptable fields.
Select Field Value

Enter the field value you want to select on.
Field to Change

Choose what field you want to change. Search to view acceptable fields.
New Field Value

Enter the new value of the field you have chosen to change.
