Position Update Toolkit

The Position Update Toolkit program lets you globally change certain fields in the position code database.

Positions can be selected by position type, works Pro-D days, works Sat/Sun, works teaching holidays, hours/FTE, hours per day, hours per week, abs/rep FTE, school term, Sub/Cas/Neither, category, bargaining unit, department, benefits and pay ID.

You can choose to update any of these same fields as well.

Field to Select On

  • Choose what position(s) you want to update by choosing what field on the position you want to select on. Search to view acceptable fields.

Select Field Value

  • Enter the field value you want to select on.

Field to Change

  • Choose what field you want to change. Search to view acceptable fields.

New Field Value

  • Enter the new value of the field you have chosen to change.
