Absence/Dispatch Creation Undo Process

The Absence/Dispatch Creation Undo Process will remove all absences or dispatches created by running the absence creation process or dispatch creation process. When you run either of these processes, a record of each absence and dispatch created will be made. That allows this process to delete all necessary records to reverse the effects of the absences or dispatches create en masse.

This program is very useful if you accidentally create a bunch of absences or dispatches in error.

This program will not remove a portion of the absences or dispatches. For example, if you create the absences or dispatches for 4 days instead of 3, this process will not allow you to do that. You can, however, run this process to remove all 4 days, and then recreate the absences/dispatches for the 3 days.

If the absences or dispatches have already been interfaced into payroll, the correct amendment records will be created to reverse the time that has already gone through to payroll. Any created Automated Dispatch inquiry records will also properly be marked as 'Cancelled'. The proper AMS Web review and authorization records will also be created.
