The Orphan Dispatch Report/Purge process will identify and optionally purge dispatch detail record records that are missing dispatch header records. This should under normal situations never happen. It could happen if a power failure occurs during a dispatch update. Orphan dispatch records will show up on dispatch reports but are not accessible on the absence/dispatch screens. For this reason, you should purge them and then recreate them through Dispatch Additions.

Enter 'P' to report on orphan dispatches, 'F' to report on and purge orphan records.
