The T4A GL Selection Criteria - Additions will allow you to add criteria that can be used in the T4A Register Selection Program where the prompt 'Selection Criteria' is displayed.

Enter a unique general selection criteria name. This name will be used as the key to save your selection set.

Enter a short description of the selection criteria. This description displays when the Find option is used.

This field is intended for a future security enhancement.
Set #

Enter the number of the set. A blank entry will terminate entry of GL selection criteria. Items that are part of the same set form 'And' conditions for selection. 'Or' conditions are represented by different sets.

Enter the GL or alias element (level) number. The first 4 characters of the name corresponding to the element entered will display.

Enter the starting value for the range.
End

Enter the ending value for the range.

Note: On any prompt except Set # a blank entry or click on Back Button will take you back to the previous prompt.

Note: If multiple pages of GL selection line items exist, use Page Button to page through the list. You can only access line items that exist on the current page. A maximum of 99 line items can be entered for a GL selection criteria.

Enter the footnote associated with the GL(s) that are within the criteria being selected.

T4A GL Selection Criteria - Changes
The T4A GL Selection Criteria - Changes module allows you to make modifications to existing criteria codes. Refer to Additions for data entry instructions.
A window will display all criteria names Available actions, use the Add, Change, Delete, and Inquiry.
T4A GL Selection Criteria – Deletions
The T4A GL Selection Criteria - Deletions allows you to delete a criteria and remove it from the system.
Place your cursor on the criteria to be deleted and click delete.
T4A GL Selection Criteria - Report
The T4A GL Selection Criteria - Report will produce a listing of all your criteria codes and their details.
