GL Selection Criteria Database and Reporting

The GL Selection Criteria Database program provides you with all the tools necessary to maintain a database of GL selection criteria. GL selection criteria is used throughout the system to select specific sets of GL accounts for processing by specifying start and end codes for various dictionary elements contained in the GL account. The program will automatically load all GL selection criteria in the database and display the GL selection criteria name and description. Use cursor keys to move through the list or click the magnifying glass to search for some specific text.

Note: This database is the only place that GL selection criteria can be permanently modified or deleted.
