The Alias Account Format file describes the structure of the general ledger alias account number. A total of 72 characters may be defined in up to 30 levels. If your alias number is less than 72 characters, the system will left justify the number and pad the number with blanks to the right.
Note: 'A' must be entered for dictionary validation in the Master Profile before this feature can be used.
