The Create Count Sheets program prepares count sheets for the assets stored in your system. These count sheets will be used to conduct an asset inventory count on a location basis. The <FIND> key will display all valid databases on each of the prompts.
Starting Location

Enter a starting location code to include on the count sheets. Enter to start at the first entry.
Ending Location

Enter the ending location code to include on the count sheets. Enter to end at the last entry.
Starting Sub Location

Enter the starting sub-location code to include on the count sheets. Enter to start at the first entry.
Enter Ending Sub Location

Enter the starting and ending sub-location code to include on the count sheets. Enter to end at the last entry.
Starting Group

Enter the starting group code to include on the count sheets. Enter to start at the first asset group.
Enter Ending Group

Enter the ending group code to include on the count sheets. Enter to end at the last asset group.
Starting Class

Enter the starting maintenance class code to include on the count sheets. Enter to select the first maintenance classes.
Enter Ending Class

Enter the ending maintenance class code to include on the count sheets. Enter to select the last maintenance classes.
Report Balance on Hand

Enter 'Y' if you want the balance on hand to appear on the count sheets. The balance on hand will be calculated as quantity owned - quantity loaned + quantity borrowed.

Enter 'N' if you do not want the balance on hand to appear.
