The Commodity Code Format allows you to define GL numbers similar to the way GL numbers are defined in atrieve Finance. That is, the 10-character (maximum) code can be broken into various coded segments which can be used to signify specific things to a warehouseman.
Note: You can have a maximum of 10 coded segments in a commodity code. The size is the character length of the segment, skip before is the number of lines you wish to print before the control break, skip after is the number of lines you wish to print after the control break (both of which are not currently being used in atrieve Tendering), and the level name is the description of the coded segment. Note Creation of the Commodity code profile is mandatory.

The Purchase Order Expediting Reports function allows you to print a number of reports to carry out the expediting functions necessary for purchasing.
