The Capital Planning Copy module allows you to copy an existing project to a new project number and make any necessary modifications.
Project #
Enter the project number to copy. All information pertaining to the project number will display and you can make changes to any part of the project.
To copy all the changes made to a new project number, enter S to save and the system will prompt:
New Project #
Select Enter for an automatic project number or enter the project number you wish to use. The system will verify that this number has not already been used.
Refer to the section on Capital Planning Entry for detailed information on entering data into the fields on this screen.

Save |
Enter S to save the project and exit program. |

Quit |
Enter E to exit program without saving. |
|
Insert |
Enter I to insert a detail line above the current line. |
|
Modify |
Enter M to modify the current detail line. |
|
Delete |
Enter D to delete the current detail line. |
|
Cut |
Enter C to cut and save the current line into the paste buffer. |
|
Paste |
Enter P to insert the line stored in the paste buffer above the current detail line. |
|
Header |
Enter H to access to the header fields to make changes or modifications. |

Note |
Enter N to enter a note for the line highlighted in the detail section of the screen. |
