The Payroll Interlink File Report supplies a cross payroll report of all or selected employees.
Report All or Selected Payrolls

Enter 'A' to report on all payrolls defined in the payroll location profile.

Enter 'S' to select specific payrolls to be reported.
When 'S'elective payrolls was enter the following prompt appears:
Enter Payroll Location ID

Enter the payroll ID codes one at a time for payrolls to be reported. Up to 15 payrolls may be selected. Use look-up for a list of valid payroll ID codes.
Report by Payroll/Human Resources Emp/Payroll Emp/Name/SIN

Enter 'P' to report all employees per payroll ID code.

Enter 'H' to report employees based on the Human Resources employee number. This report will report all employee's per Human Resources employee number, listing all payrolls and employee exists on.

Enter 'O' to report employees based on the Payroll employee number. This will report the employees in Payroll employee number order and list all payrolls the employee exists on.

Enter 'N' to report employees based on the employees name. This reports the employees in name order and lists all payrolls that the employee exists on.

Enter 'S' to report employees based on the employees SIN/SSN. This reports the employees in SIN/SSN order and lists all payrolls the employee exists on.

When Reporting 'S'ELECTIVE Payrolls, Sorted by Anything Other than by 'P'AYROLL was Entered the Following Prompt Appears :
Report Only Employees With Multiple Payrolls

Enter 'N' to report all employees for the selected payrolls.

Enter 'Y' to only report employees that are in two or more of the selected payrolls
The report lists the following:

The employee's Human Resources/OPS number, and name

The employee's SIN/SSN

All payroll ID codes and description for all payrolls the employee exists on.
