Employee Schedule Report

The Employee Schedule Report is a detailed report of an employee's current schedule including the times and location(s) at which s/he works. This report uses the assignment AS OF date to read through the employees assignments to determine what schedule they are using at the time this report is prepared. This report can be prepared for employees of a specific employee category or for number of selected employees.

Date Range

  • Enter valid From and To dates in (YY)YYMMDD format. Employee Assignments that are current during the period specified will be considered for reporting.

Employee Selection 

  • Enter A to consider all employees for selection.

  • Enter 'S' To Enter Selected Employees Individually

Employee Categories

  • Enter up to 10 Employee Categories. Employees with matching Category codes will be considered for reporting. If no categories are entered, all employees will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Positions

  • Enter up to 10 Positions. Employees that have eligible assignments with matching Positions will be considered for reporting. If no positions are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Assigned Locations

  • Enter up to 10 Location Codes. Employees that have eligible assignments at matching locations will be considered for reporting. If no locations are entered, all assignments will be considered for reporting.

Schedule selection:

Daily

  • Enter 'Y' to consider schedules based on single day.

  • Enter 'N' to consider schedules based on multiple days.

  • Enter 'B' to consider all day based schedules.

Weekly

  • Enter 'Y' to consider schedules based on single week.

  • Enter 'N' to consider schedules based on multiple weeks.

  • Enter 'B' to consider all week based schedules.

Works Sat/Sun

  • Enter 'Y' to consider schedules with Saturday and Sunday as working days.

  • Enter 'N' to consider schedules without Saturday and Sunday as working days.

  • Enter 'B' to consider all schedules regardless of Saturday/Sunday assignments.

Days To Repeat

  • Enter minimum and maximum number of days that schedules repeat after. All schedules that repeat after the number of days that falls within the specified range will be considered for reporting. If you want all schedules to be considered regardless of how long they take to repeat, enter a zero for the minimum and 999 for the maximum number.

Slide Over Sat/Sun

  • Enter 'Y' to skip Saturday and Sunday in counting the number of days a schedule takes to repeat.

  • Enter 'N' to count Saturday and Sunday as working days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

  • Enter 'B' to count Saturday and Sunday as working days for a schedule that has assignments on Saturday and Sunday in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule. Also, skip Saturday and Sunday for a schedule that has no assignments on Saturday and Sunday in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

Slide Over Stat

  • Enter 'Y' to skip Statutory Holidays in counting the number of days a schedule takes to repeat.

  • Enter 'N' to count Statutory Holidays as working days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

  • Enter 'B' to count Statutory Holidays as working days for a schedule that has assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule. Also, skip Statutory Holidays for a schedule that has no assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

Slide Over Teach

  • Enter 'Y' to skip Teaching Holidays in counting the number of days a schedule takes to repeat.

  • Enter 'N' to count Teaching Holidays as working days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

  • Enter 'B' to count Teaching Holidays as working days for a schedule that has assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule. Also, skip Teaching Holidays for a schedule that has no assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

Slide Over Dist Prod

  • Enter 'Y' to skip District Professional Development days in counting the number of days a schedule takes to repeat.

  • Enter 'N' to count District Professional Development days as working days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

  • Enter 'B' to count District Professional Development days as working days for a schedule that has assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule. Also, skip District Professional Development days  for a schedule that has no assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

Slide Over Loc Prod

  • Enter 'Y' to skip Location Professional Development days in counting the number of days a schedule takes to repeat.

  • Enter 'N' to count Location Professional Development days as working days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

  • Enter 'B' to count Location Professional Development days as working days for a schedule that has assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule. Also, skip Location Professional Development days for a schedule that has no assignments on those days in counting the number of cycle days for a schedule.

Report Sort

  • Enter 'E' to sort the report by employee number.

  • Enter 'L' to sort the report by assigned location.

Employee Sort 

  • Enter A to sort employees alphabetically by Name.

  • Enter N to sort employees numerically by Employee Number.

Print Non-Scheduled Days 

  • Enter 'Y' to print the days where there are no assignments for an employee.

  • Enter 'N' to skip the days where there are no assignments for an employee.
