Subsidiary Ledger System

The Subsidiary Ledger System module documents the construction and use of sub-ledgers (sometimes called job costing systems) in conjunction with the atrieveFinance general ledger system.

1. Finance Setup > Profiles >  Master Profile

2. Enable Subledgers must be set to Y

3. Define the criteria for the sub-ledger (S/L Control File Maintenance)

4. Add the S/L accounts within an already defined sub-ledger control file (S/L File Maintenance)
