The Sub-Ledger Control Deletions option provides the facility to delete sub-ledgers from the system.
Year
Enter the year in which to delete the control record.

Clicking No , the program expects another sub-ledger name (see above).

Clicking Yes to delete the sub-ledger control record.
Note: The program then presents the four levels of the sub-ledger control record in succession, (i.e. bucket content, screen titles, report titles, report print masks), separated by the prompt Delete .

Click Yes to delete each level. If Yes is clicked for all levels, the sub-ledger control record is deleted.

If you click No at any stage, the program aborts the deletion and returns to the sub-ledger name prompt.
