The S/L Maintenance Lock/Unlock will allow accounts to be locked so that data may not be entered against them. These locked accounts can also be unlocked to allow data entry.

Enter the year that the accounts are to be locked/unlocked.
Account #

Enter the account of the sub-ledger account number to lock to exit.
Lock/Unlock

Click Lock to lock the account. This will put the account into a status which will stop all data entry against the account.

Click Unlock to unlock the account.
Note: When you select the option and enter it, the program acts on the response and returns to the account number prompt and is ready for the next account number.
