Requisitions - Wish Lists

Wish Lists provide a way to create a list of items that you want to purchase at a later time.

Adding Items to a Wish List

1. On the Browse Catalogue page, in the row for the item that you want to add, click on the Wish List dropdown

2. Select the Wish List to add the item to from the dropdown list, or create a new Wish List to add the item to by clicking Create another Wish List, which will open a popup where you can add the name of the Wish List

Opening a Wish List

To access an existing Wish List, select the Wish List from the Select Wish List dropdown located on the Browse Catalogue page, the Create Requisition page and the Shopping Cart page

Wish List Page

The Wish List page displays all items previously added and where you can further refine the list.

1. Adjust the quantity by clicking the up or down arrows, or type the quantity amount directly in the text box

2. To remove an item permanently from the list, click the delete icon

3. To move a specific item to the catalogues shopping cart, click the Move to Cart icon. Note that once you move an item to the shopping cart it will be removed from the Wish List

4. To copy a specific item to the catalogues shopping cart, click the Copy to Cart icon. Note that once you copy an item to the shopping cart it will still be retained in the Wish List for future

5. To move all items to the shopping cart, click the Move All to Cart button. Note that once you move all items to the shopping cart and you navigate away from the page, the Wish List is removed because it is empty.

6. To copy all items to the shopping cart, click the Copy All to Cart button. Note that once you copy all items to the shopping cart the Wish List and all of the items will persist for accessing in the future

7. To add more items to the Wish List, click the Add More Catalogue Items button, and you will be navigated to the Browse Catalogue page, where you can select additional items to add to the Wish List (see steps above in the Adding a Wish List section above). Once you are ready to return to the Wish List page, select the Wish List from the dropdown list (see steps above in the Opening a Wish List section above)

8. Click Back to leave the Wish List page and return to the invoking page
