Mass General Ledger Copy allows you to copy an entire set of GL's from one location to a new location. This feature also allows you to copy any portion of the GL to another location based upon your selection criteria.

Use the lookup to bring up current GL selection Criteria, you can choose existing criteria to copy or Quick to create your own set of criteria.
Click Cancel to exit the program.
Click GL Selection Criteria to Select a GL selection criteria name from the list, position the highlighted area to select the desired criteria name.
Click Quick Entry to create a criteria for this inquiry only. This allows you to create a criteria without having to set one up prior to accessing the Mass GL Copy. This criteria may be used for this inquiry only or you may select the Alt 'S'ave option to add the criteria to your database. Please refer to GL Selection Criteria database for instructions.
