The Interfaced Item Report allows you to get a listing of all assets that have been recently added as a result of the atrieveFinance Capital Data Capture routine.
Starting Item

Enter the asset number you want to start or leave blank to start at the first new asset from BAS in the file.
Ending Item

Enter the asset number you want to finish at or leave blank to end at the last new asset from BAS in the file.
Preliminary or Final
The report will normally run in preliminary mode and give you a listing of all recently added assets through the data capture. Each asset that is created via the data capture carries on it a flag that tells FAS that it is a new record. This flag is turned off when you access the asset in the Changes module. If accessing each asset is impractical, you may review the report the preliminary run provided and when satisfied rerun the report in final mode.
Final mode removes the new flag from the asset records so that this report will not pick them up again.
