The TEACHER to TOCS Salary Grid Reconciliation process is to be run from a Teacher On Call payroll against a Teachers payroll. This process is intended to refresh the TOCS function line salary grid code with the salary grid code used by the same employee under the Teachers payroll. The new Teacher salary grid code must exist in the TOCS payroll database.
Note: The TOCS will be omitted if there is no corresponding Teacher record or when the corresponding Teacher record is Terminated.
To update the rate on the TOCS function line based on the new salary grid value you would run the Salary Grid/Payroll Update once this process is completed.

Enter Two Character Grid Identifier

Enter the first two characters of the TOCS teaching salary grid code. by defining the starting two characters of the TOCS salary grid allows the Teacher payroll to have a different salary grid code value. The Teachers payroll may use salary grid code TE0101 while the TOCS payroll may use salary grid codes TC0101.

Omit Reporting on Matching Salary Grids

Enter 'Y' to omit reporting those employees where the Teacher and TOCS salary grid codes already match.

Enter 'N' to include reporting those employees where the Teacher and TOCS salary grid codes already exist.
Report All or Selected Employees

Enter 'R' to produce the report without updating the TOCS function line salary grids.

Enter 'P' to produce the report and update the Subs function line with the new Teacher salary grid code.
