Actuarial Report

The Actuarial Report is a projection report which provides information that can be used by actuaries in evaluating pension programs and/or insurance programs. The report is sequenced so that employees are grouped by gender then sorted in sequence by birth date within each of the gender groupings. The report provides a salary projection plus any additional premium which would be paid based on occupation and/or shift code. The projection uses the salary grid to which the employee's function line is assigned and allows you the option of using the actual data on the function line or any one of the twelve salary grid points which can be computed for each salary grid item. This report is produced in employee number sequence.

The export file includes the following fields:

  • Employee Number
  • Employee Name
  • Employee's gender

  • Employee's gross salary from first or all function lines

  • Total gross salary plus occupation premiums
