REPRINT Finalized ROES

The Reprint Finalized ROEs process allows the finalized ROE's to be reprinted for viewing or after changes to the finalized ROE.

The layout produced by this process is based on the print positions of the actual ROE form. ROE's must be printed using 6 lines per inch and 10 characters per inch printer settings. Printing the ROE information does not perfectly align due to the form itself. The 1997 ROE form is not formatted with consistent lines or columns. 

Enter ROE Number to Be Reprinted

Enter the finalized ROE number to be reprinted.  Use the look-up for a list of finalized ROE's by ROE number. 

Use the look up to FIND by employee number. 

Use the look up to FIND by employee name.

You can select any number of finalized ROE's for reprinting. 

Use the look up to view a list of the selected finalized ROE's. 

Use the Clear Selected Employees toggle to clear all selected finalized ROE's.
