Finalized ROE Changes

The Finalized Roe Changes option provides access to finalized ROE records. Finalized ROE Changes includes the same prompts and screens as detailed under Preliminary Roe Changes.

The Amended ROE Generation allows you to copy a finalized ROE back to a preliminary ROE so you can change that version. This feature allows you to maintain finalized ROE's without changing the original information.

Enter Employee Number to Change

Enter the employee number of the finalized ROE to be changed.  Use the look-up for a list of employees with finalized by name.

Use the look up to FIND by employee number. 

Use the look up to FIND by ROE number.

Enter ROE Date

Enter the finalized ROE date. This prompt will not be accessed when the above prompt was filled through the look-up ROE number.
